Anyone having first u/s today?

Anyone else having their first u/s today? I had a m/c at 9.5 weeks back in november (my first pregnancy) so I'm nervous. I'm at 6 weeks 1 day today and they told me only to expect to see the sac. Hcg jumped from 62 on 7/23 to 1500 last Wed (7/30), so I'm hopeful things are progressing well this time (there were complications all along with my eventual m/c). Anyone in a similar boat or have a similar experience?

I don't have a similar experience, this is my first, but I also have my first appointment today. I am sooooo excited and nervous, too. I should be 9 weeks 5 days. Sending prayers that your first apt goes well.

I have my first u/s today. Very nervous and excited. I felt like this day would never come. I'm 8 wks today. Good luck ladies with your appts! Trying to gather all the questions we want to ask before we go in there today

I'm in the same boat. Other than boobs hurting (and huge) and some constant twinges, I've had very few symptoms. Occasional fatigue and nausea but not really even enough to note.

How did everyone's u/s go? Mine they saw gc, yolk sac and fetal pole and assured me all looks good so far. On Monday I go in to *hopefully* see hb! GL to all!

Me too...today this afternoon. .. I also had a m/c however at 16 wks..well more like preterm labor and delivered her @16 wks. Very traumatic. That was 3 yrs ago. So.. this has been very hard for me. Hard to fully excited.

This is my first pregnancy but I had my first u/s three weeks ago, I was 5w6d and all they could see was the sac. I have another u/s tomorrow and I'll be 8w6d. Excited and hoping to see a little bean in there!!

Hi I'm new here and I had my first u/s this morning and we saw the little heartbeat! I'm 6 weeks today but measured at 6w/3days. We go back next week for another one just making sure all is well. We are soooo excited!

I went to my first appointment today at 8.5 weeks thinking id get an ultrasound or get to hear a heartbeat. But nothing. I'm disappointed as everyone else seems to have gotten them earlier but they won't do mine until 12+ weeks!!!

I was really looking forward to breaking the news to the family this weekend.
