There have been a thread or two about different tests out there and I just wanted to share my experience if anyone has options and doesn't know what to choose.
I went with this one because my genetic counselor said you can take it at 10 weeks vs the other tests I could choose from and the results would take about a week vs two weeks.
I had my blood drawn on Thursday afternoon and just got a call that the results came back clear--WAY faster than I expected or was told it would take.
They also have the sex in my file but I chose not to find out. I gave the results in a sealed envelope for my BFF to surprise me with later this week.
Of course sex wasn't at ALL my motive in doing this... Having to do this sucks in and of itself. I just thought for those like me who consider time to be of the essence, this turnaround was pretty impressive and you may want to know.
