Could I be pregnant again, or am I just paranoid?

I had a dream last night that I went into the doctor and he said I was pregnant.  I have been ebf my daughter for 6 months on the Mini Pill and for the past two weeks when we introduced solids on NuvaRing (she's 6.5 months old).  Hubby still 'goes' inside when we do 'it' (I know, I know) so my dream woke me up startled.  I took a hpt two weeks ago and it was negative, but I was thinking maybe my hcg levels weren't high enough...am I overanalyzing things?  Here are my symptoms with perfectly reasonable explanations, right?  Anyone else experience something like this?  Sorry if I'm being paranoid...:

1. Missed period:  I haven't had my period start at all since having dd
2. Headaches: dh and I have been fighting a lot lately
3. Mood swings: stress in our lives which causes fighting 
4. Gas: more than normal
5. Sore Breasts: bf'ing a teething baby = SORE
6. Extreme Fatigue: have a young baby
7. Cramps: side effect listed for NuvaRing
8. Increased Urination: I drink more because I bf

    My DH says I'm paranoid and doesn't want me to buy another test...

    The only thing that can answer your question is a test. Tell your DH to deal with it.

    Wouldn't you need to stay on the mini pill if you continue to BF?? Nuvaring can decrease your milk production (due to the estrogen) if I am not mistaken. Anyway, you absolutely could be pregnant and like mentioned above, Dollar Tree has good, reliable tests. Why not go there and buy a few to keep on hand?

    Buy a few dollar store tests and keep testing until you get a positive or AF comes.

    I haven't had a period since having ds2 two years ago. And here I am, knocked the hell up. And I was on the mini pill and breastfeeding. I day weaned our toddler and missed one pill but we knew what could happen. Weren't hoping for it, so we got a happy unexpected surprise. But if you didn't want to get pregnant why didn't you protect yourself. Duh? Please get a test.

    You can switch to combined birth control pills after a few months if you've established your supply. I tried them first but they made me sick so I stayed on the mini pill even though by bfing child was over 1. But starting solids makes no sense as a reason to switch. I'm scratching my head as much as you on that one.
