  I would estimate somewhere around $1500, but I would need to look at my EOB's to check for sure.  And I'm not totally sure because DS was in the hospital for 5 days when he was 5 days old, so a lot of the bills run together...so that's my best guess.  We have BCBS.

  I should tell you that $700 of that was deductibles and the other $800 was my 10% share.

  I paid $1250 for me (maximum out of pocket) and one $20 copay to my Dr.

  For DD's hospital portion, I paid $84.

  About $500 for the L&D.  We paid a total of $1500 for the entire pg.

  only a $10.00 fee for my first OB visit, everything after was covered by my insurance including all my OB visits & tests, emergency c-section and extra night stay at hospital and ds stay in the nicu.
