Can anyone start these? I just had to share!! AW- DD has been sleeping in a twin bed since her Saturday nap! I am so excited. I had posted about it last week sometime with my confusion about how to transition, etc, etc, and I got such great ideas and feedback, I was like alright let's just do it! DH was like who said they went right to a twin bed before 18 months? I said some of my mom friends lol.

So, random, I wanted to say thanks for the responses! I never would have just jumped in and done it without making the transition a big complicated ordeal if I hadn't posted here first.

No vents!

R: I ate another bag of dried cherries - so good! I need to stop, but it's hard.

AW: My kiddos are freaking adorable. I love them so much I can't even explain why.

V: (sorry gotta put this out there) It occured to me that once I go back to work I have means by which to continue the massive caffeine habit I developed over the last 6 months. Cold turkey is going to hurt.

R: i cannot stop eating antipasti type platters of food. It's all I want to make and eat. See photo. Haha, don't you want some? I'll never lose weight eating all this mozzarella and pesto.

Aw: DH finally came home from being away for 2.5 weeks and is taking me out to my favorite restaurant for my birthday dinner, since he wasn't here to celebrate when my birthday passed 10 days ago.

Vent: It's a half vent. On one hand I'm frustrated that DS isn't such a great sleeper at night but on the other hand I know I don't have it as bad as some and feel guilty complaining.

Aw: Other then being tired i am starting to feel like myself again. I am starting to get really excited about the babies. And more confident that I will be able to handle everything and stick up for myself. I called my therapist as well but can't get in for a few weeks. But that seems to be okay as I am doing better.

R: I have realized Dh is more "fun" with Ds because he has 3 younger sisters and use to torment them growing up. His "fun" with Ds is a lot of the same stuff. But Ds loves it!

Vent: i worked so hard to get my energy up over the past 6 months. But now it is totally gone again and I can't seem to do anything about it.

R: I am happy

Random: I've done nothing during DD's nap and it's been glorious.

Vent: I'm still sick. I got sick on Friday and in general I feel super tired and my throat is scratchy. Not groundbreaking, but it's annoying.

AW: I got my jeep (hopefully? Fingers crossed) fixed by our dealership today. I'm really hoping that this fixes everything and it starts to do better because I really do love that car.

AW2: I just looked up Shailene Woodley's IMDB and she's going to be in a new movie with Christopher Melloni (one of my other favorite actors from L&O: SVU). I am beyond excited. I don't even care if it's bad or what it's about. I'm watching it, and I'm gonna love it.

R: I want to change the channel but I'm too lazy to find the remote

AW: My house is almost completely clean. Haven't showered yet today but my house is clean.

V: DS is upstairs screaming. He has been fighting me with sleep lately just when I thought we finally got it under control.

AW: The boys' latest thing is wanting to "help" me do chores....like if I'm folding laundry they'll pick clothes out of the basket and hand them to me, or hand me random dishes out of the dishwasher. It's the cutest thing, even if it means that those tasks take twice as long....or get undone, like when I was organizing books in the basement and they both decided to make their own piles to "hep"

R: Just noticed that the August calendar is getting quite booked up with events....lots of singing and lots of family parties. All fine by me.

V: I have the worst chocolate craving right now and there is no chocolate in the house!!!! How did I let this happen??

R: DH and I decided we should do something fun today. We spontaneously decided to drive to the zoo that is an hour away. DS had so much fun and DD slept pretty much the whole time.

V: The zoo trip was fun, but now I'm crampy again. I feel good, but I need to remind myself that I am still recovering from labor.

Aw: I'm snuggling with DD right now as DH gives DS a bath. Love baby snuggles!

I'm guessing r is random, aw is aww and v is vent so here I go

R: I have officially went to the bathroom with a child on my lap as of today... That was interesting....

Aw: ds2 finally is liking his play gym. I was afraid we waisted 80 bucks (pic included)

V:ds1refuses to use the potty. It's not that he can't he just won't. He will run and hide in his room as soon as he has to go... But refuses to actually go on the potty

R: I want to be more active on this board!

AW: I had my baby almost three *gulp* weeks ago! Her name is Alice and I am in love.

V: even if she did insist on being held all day today and taught me the true meaning of "cluster feeding". Good thing she's so cute.
