Growing pains

Any mamas having growing pains yet? I'm 13 weeks, had a great us on Saturday, but last night I was up all night with a painful pulling sensation. It started on my right side then a few hours later, switched to my left. Doctor didn't seem too concerned but is still having me come in tomorrow to get checked out. Too early for RLS?

Re: Growing pains

  • I had RLS at like week 8 which I thought was just crazy Talk till a girl I work with said she had it pretty early too.

  • Also, I told my dr. about it and she said that it was normal and as long as it wasn't incredibly painful, it was okay.
  • I've been having pain the past two days. Its not bad kinda like growing pains when you were a kid! I'm not worried enough to call my dr cause it's not painful! I'm 11 weeks and just figured I'm making room for baby!
  • Today I had bad cramps (this always scares me as I've had 4 misscarriages)
This AM it was sharp but later turned into just there.... Anyhow advice nurse wanted me to be seen so went in and baby is growing , moving and heart beat is perfect. It was such a relief for me. Anyhow this stressful tearful day turned into a much better day. The doc said to me though anytime I feel I need to be seen to just call. She was super nice about it all.
And they checked for UI but it came back negative
So I guess it's just growing things are moving pains :) and I'm 11 1/2 weeks now.
  • I'm 13 weeks and have exactly the same pain. It's hard to sleep because every movement I make kinda hurts. I remember feeling these pains later in my pregnancy with DD but not too much later. Usually around 2nd tri from what I've read and experienced is normal.
