  • Still doing pretty well here...my trainer sent out a 21 day challenge that I'm doing, one of those no white bread, no white pasta, no soda, blah blah. I'll add the pic. I screwed up on the first day and ate an onion bagel, but I think it'll be okay. ;)

  • No change here. We were all sick this week so no gym. Still feeling kind of crappy but ready to get back on track. Only have one week of c25k left!

  • Haven't stepped on the scale yet this week. Had a bad weekend, especially yesterday. Food trucks and lots of sweets. Back to the gym this week and working on my eating.

  • I get to join now!  On July 29 I started a Whole 30 (www.whole30.com).  DH and I took the kids for a long walk at a local historical site yesterday.  I'm still fighting through the detox and struggling today with eating.

    I need to start adding exercise, I'm just not sure how.  I've been out walking a lot, but it's not exactly intense.

  • I gained over the weekend. Just ate a protein packed breakfast with lots of water, and I'm lacing up my walking shoes for an hour long walk.
  • ...and I was just asked if I'm pregnant. Ugh!
  • I just saddled up again yesterday.  I was up 12 lbs and 17 inches in my 2 months of gluttony.  I did 40 min on the elliptical yesterday and ate only fruits, veggies, meat and shakeology.  I also drank a crazy amount of water and skipped the creamer in my coffee.  I was down 2.6 lbs this morning!

    Right now, I am starving.  I did Upper Fix and 10 min ab fix and may go run with a friend tonight if the weather is nice.  I was set to go run this morning (kids on bikes/stroller) but the sky opened up and I turned around.
  • I've been back on track for a few weeks and am starting to see a difference in how my clothes fit. I'm back where I was in March. The move really derailed me for a bit. And summer has been tough because while I'm working out a lot I've had a lot of "events" where I didn't stick to my diet. This weekend we had company Friday night, I had baby showers Saturday and Sunday and now we have more company tonight (although I'm cooking a healthy dinner, so it won't be awful, but my friend is bringing dessert).

    But my exercise is going really well! I'm back to running for 28 minutes straight, so close to 30 minutes. Once I get comfortable running 30 minutes I'll start bumping the speed up. I'm at 5.0 mph now, want to get to 6.5-7 mph, then expand to a full 60 minutes. I've also added swimming and weights to my routine now that I'm a member of the Y and have access to all of that and the weights are going really well. I'm vaguely considering attempting to train for a sprint triathlon next summer, but am still a tad intimidated. We'll see. My sister just finished an olympic triathlon in 3:30 just 8 weeks post c section, so she makes me feel like such a slacker lol!

    My 11 weeks post birth saggy fat ass kind of wants to kick your sister in the cooch.

    Oh, we all were shocked she did it lol! Proud, but shocked. I tried to talk her out of signing up originally (back in January), but she did anyway and said that she probably would have backed out if not for the $100 registration that she had already paid lol! She's absolutely nuts!

    Exercise wise, I think I'm coming out of my slump. I never missed workouts but I just didn't feel like pushing myself for a few weeks. Today I did about 4.5 miles on the treadmill, alternating running at varied speeds and inclines. Probably my favorite workout (except for a good run outdoors.)

    I'm down about 35 pounds since last august. Back into all my old pre-pregnancy clothes and some are a little loose. I bought some new shorts (out of necessity) a few weeks ago and they fit...several sizes smaller than I ever remember wearing. Eeep!

  • Ran 3 miles yesterday. Today I mall walked with my sis & mom! Haha it was fun! 

    Food wise- lots of beer & wine. Had one piece of cake with ice cream for Z's party!  & a hamburger. & potato salad. But was totally worth it. Ran the entire time at my moms. Burned my calories. Probably ate over my calories as well. 

    Back to a strict week. And no cheat day this week. Haha
