info sheet for daycare

trying to put together some info on baby for the lady that will be watching him. I remember a post about this a few weeks ago, but when I search, all I get is stuff from a few years ago. Can someone link it or know what it was called?

    No link. But here's what I included: general schedule (eat, play, nap) with amount of typical awake time listed.
    Bottles-- how often, warmed
    Diapers-- use butt paste as needed
    Naps-- swaddle, often needs rocking or patting
    Pacis can be used anytime

    Also things to do for his gas.
    That's about it I believe.
