This is my second baby so we're having something small at our house with no more than 30 people. Today i went to a bakery near my house to order the cake.. And the ones that i liked which were small and simple were between $250-$350.. Are they crazy??? For a cake for 30 people?? Please, help!!!
Did you try BJ's or Costco. I am not sure what type of cake you are looking for but $250-$300 does not scream small and simple to me. You can get a sheet cake for a lot less.

My friend Ann does cakes. Look her up on fb. Something sweet. She's at a lot of the farmers markets. I'm not sure what she charges but cakes are beautiful and taste great!
