  I don't like the first one.  DD would need to open every jar every day to pick a clip and I would go bananas.  We have a heart shaped wood plaque that my friend painted and glued ribbons to the back on the bottom.  So the ribbons hang down from the heart and we clip bows to the ribbon.

  Headbands are just a nightmare in a shoebox.

  I keep hers in a small glass container in her top drawer. She only uses the tiny clear ones though... She doesn't have an assortment. What about like a tackle box? We use that to separate beads. I can see it working if got have a lot of hair ties.
