Water birth

Looking for a location to have a water birth, preferably in a hospital but not sure where they are offered around here. I'm a FTM and expecting in January. I live in new london county so looking for something close to me! Thank you guys!

    I am giving birth at the birth center located within the St. Vincent's hospital in Shelton (not sure how close that is to you).  Each room there has a tub and I believe it's the only hospital that allows a water birth (as opposed to just laboring in a tub and moving to a bed for delivery).

    I am going to Harbor Park OBGYN in Middlesex and they are affiliated with Middlesex Hospital where they allow water birth I don't know about renting your own tub or anything tomorrow is my first visit

    I'm not sure about Middlesex Hospital but whichever hospital you chose it's important to ask if you could actually give birth in the water tub. Many of hospitals that offer tubs only let you labor, then when your labor is progressing make you get out of tub to birth in bed which just seemed like such a hassle to me. I gave birth earlier last month at St. Vincents in Bridgeport and they advertised they were the only hospital that allowed actual birthing in the water tub but I'm not sure if that's accurate.
