So dd is starting preschool and I am thinking I need a new planner to organize family activities and both kids. Any suggestions on a good one that you have used?
I have an old school wall calendar. It's by Sandra Boyton. It has spaces for up to five people. I had trouble getting used to it being vertical instead of horizontal, but now I like it.
Erin Condren. This is my 3rd year using one and I love it! Keeps me 100x more organized than an e-calendar and I am a sucker for the cute designs. Totally worth it, IMO.
We have a magnetic calendar for our fridge that serves as the "master schedule." Besides that, DH and I use the calendar on our mobile devices.
This is what we do as well. Every weekend while I am working on my to do list for the up coming week I update our master schedule on the fridge as well.
I just have a simple planner you can find anywhere. I write all events on the monthly calendar and add more details to the weekly pages with times, etc. I put a to do list on the daily pages and pencil in my meal plans as well. Very simple, but it works really well for me. DH can grab it and check our activities as well.
I didn't know I needed one of these "fancy planners" until this post. They look really cool! I am going back to work and kids will be at different schools full time this year....complicated times.
I have a dry erase calendars that are meant to go on the wall. I put magnetic tape on the back and put it on my fridge. The wall ones are bigger than that standard fridge ones I saw.
