I'm 14 weeks and woke up with back pain this morning. Standing, sitting or lying down it hurts. We recently moved, so I've been picking things up, but I work out and lift weights so I'm used to this. Anyone else having this problem?
It may just be from the different muscles used in moving than you would normally use in weight lifting. Sounds normal. Or you may have tweaked a muscle during the moving process.
I've been having back pain on and off since 6 weeks. Try stretching (especially before bed). Hip circles, side stretches and lunges all really help to loosen your back.
