Blood found underneath uterus in ultrasound?

Trying not to completely freak out, but after having severe pain for two days, I went into the local ER to get everything double checked. I am 12 weeks pregnant with our first baby.
They said they found some blood underneath my uterus while I was in ultrasound.
The doctor didn't seem that concerned and made it seem like it was something that would go away on it's own.
The pain is right where the baby is at this term.
Anybody else have or recover from this? I am so paranoid, and am still having pain, two days later.

An explanation for this could be that you had a cyst on your ovary that ruptured. I have seen this before. It would explain the pain also. I am not a doctor, and obviously I don't know your exact situation, but if your doc is feeling like it's okay, It probably is. Listen to your body and if you still feel like something is not right, get checked again! Hope this helps. ❤️
