  They check everything - head, brain, heart, arms, legs, fingers, toes, lips.... You got one, they check it.

  Ditto what PP said. Don't be concerned if they have you come back for a second A/S. DS1 would not cooperate and they couldn't see all the chambers of his heart because of his position, but on the second try, he was in a better position and they could see that everything was fine.
