Can I just punch him?! *rant*

Ever feel like punching your so? Seriously I want to clobber him with a pan, a big heavy pan! Generally he's a very good person at being sensitive to my needs and emotions. But lately he's been a larger pain in the a** than me! We just moved, I'm still sicker than a dog at 11 weeks, and I'm exhausted. This is my 3rd pg so I know how it works from my boys but this is a first for him. I little really just want to scream at him to cater to my every need, and be this selfish person. Argh, I get in a crappy mood and then he gets in one and takes it personally. So can I just hit him? Anyone have a hubby who just didn't quite get how hard pregnancy is?

  • My DH is trying to get it. But he doesn't seem to understand why I'm so exhausted, especially since I'm at home all day (with our 16 month old). Not to mention he wants to be intimate 24/7... and I'm just not into it right now.

  • Your not the only one girl...I don't think my husband believes how exhausted I am or that I don't feel good sometimes. They are not physically going through it so I think sometimes they are ignorant to it. What pisses me off is that my husbands tries to rush me so we can go get things done, I understand if we have something important to do, but if he is rushing me to go to Walmart to buy paper towels he can get lost, I need a nap. They just don't realize how sensitive and agitated we can be, and when we snap they turn into big babies and play the victim...I think one solid punch a week is ok for the first few months :)
  • My DH was so much more understanding with my first pregnancy. Now he acts like because I went through it before I should be fine this time around. But I'm with ya girl! I wanna clobber mine with a heavy pan too! He has a head cold and it's the end of the world! Ugh!!
  • df thinks I fake my tiredness and naucia so he has to do things ( take trash out, exc). I too want to clobber him with a heavy pan

My DH thinks he's dying when he has a head cold too! To the point he begs his dad to let him take the day of!

    Pregnancy Ticker

  • Ugh. I so wish. We leave for vacation Friday. I work Sunday - Thursday, including 8a-9p on Monday and Tuesday, all day Wednesday with a professional meeting after, and a dr appt Thursday. I literally just brought dinner home, finished eating, and he starts talking about trip stuff. Just starts reading off things I need to print. I'm exhausted. I've had wicked nausea the last few days. I just want to sleep.

Can't I just relax and bump a minute while I wait on laundry (which I'll later have to haul up 2 flights of stairs)?!
