  Yes. This. Exactly! Mine seem to hurt the worst first thing in the morning after I've been off of them all night, I recently bought a new pair of shoes (bc I know my biggest problem is that I refuse to give up the flip flops and my sweet mom has been bugging me to take care of my poor feet!).   I have horrible pregnancy induced plantar fasciitis right now! And have for the last month or so. Sometimes it is so bad it feels like nails are driving into my heel. I guess it's a good thing I only have it on one side, the right. I've read and heard from a podiatrist podiatrist friend that calf stretches are really good for relieving it. I'm really hoping it goes away after giving birth!
