Lactose Intolerance?

Hello ladies. Im preggo with my second and this time around i am severely lactose intolerant. With my son, i couldnt have regular milk until my 3 tri. Now, i cant eat anything! Im having such stomach issues bc of it. Its not fun! Ive read it should pass after the 1st tri so im hoping the next 2-3 weeks goes by fast! Any other moms dealing with this? I miss cheese!!! :(

    I'm lactose intolerant (mildly) but I just deal with the gas, bloating and bathroom trips because I NEED cheese and ice cream. I do use lactose free milk for my cereal though. 

    ETA: I was lactose intolerant before pregnant, so it's an old friend of mine. :-)

    I am so severely that I don't do dairy period *except* for greek yogurt in my smoothies that weirdly help keep me regular.
