As I was checking out at Burlington today (all maternity items), the cashier had me speechless.
"I'm so glad I didn't get big with my pregnancy. I wasn't even as big as you the day I went in to deliver. I never had to buy maternity clothes." She then proceeded to show how her size 00 frame only expanded maybe six inches in front of her.
Who on earth thinks this is acceptable to say? Granted I'm not a small person (well, I'm five foot tall and wear a size large,) but still!? Worried about what I will hear in December!

My nurse just told me a horror story about another patient with fibroid problems, who ended up delivering at 32 weeks, and she wound up getting a hysterectomy. Thanks lady, that's just what I needed to hear.
