That's likely because it contains photographs and videos about latching, etc., in which you can see nipples. I'm sure it's required.

Try not to worry! You may never experience a nursing strike.

Strikes aren't too common and can usually be overcome with some serious snuggle/skin-to-skin time. The big issue is that sometimes moms will mistake a strike for weaning.
