Anyone experience tingling when you exhale??

I've tried looking to see if I can get any information while I wait for my Dr appointment, but nothing really like this has been mentioned.
For about a week now every other day when I exhale from a deep breath my hands will tingle. When it gets bad my feet will tingle as well. Then when it goes on for over an hour it feels like my hands are being electrocuted because it gets so intense and painful. It's usually at night but sometimes during the day and it doesn't wake me up or anything. Just usually late at night before going to bed hanging out with my husband.
What I can't seem to find anyone else having in common is that it is only when I exhale from a deep breath and its not limited to my hands.
I'm 30 weeks pregnant with my first baby (a boy) and I take calcium, iron, and b12 in addition to my prenatals. ...also the RLS started a few weeks ago and that does wake me up at night.
