Can't feel contractions at all...

So I've been in the hospital roughtly 2 weeks. I came in for cramps originally and was not dialated at all. 24 hours ago I was 2 cm, today I'm 4 cm. I can not feel my contractions at all. The only way I know I'm having one is by looking at the monitor. Has anyone else had a baby and didn't feel contractions? Or are preterm and having these "silent" contactions?

Me---never felt them last pregnancy. This one--- diff story. I feel every one!
