I'm down two pounds after my crappy weigh in last week, so back on track! Still working on getting my water intake up. My trainer sent me my "before " picture, and hello, muffin top! I'm happy to see how much better I'm looking!
I'm not gaining or losing right now which is fine, I'm liking the way clothes are fitting and such. Trying to be more active, I have a really hard time dieting. @magentawarped good work getting back on track @broccolisgirl that's great you can incorporate some workouts in
I have not been exercising much this week. I've felt sick every day and exercising even a little made it worse. I haven't been eating either so I bet when I weigh myself I'll be down a bit. I've lost 20 pounds now. 10 more to go to my goal. I wanted to get there by August, but that's ok. I've lost some and I feel healthier and stronger than I have in months.
