  • I'm down two pounds after my crappy weigh in last week, so back on track! Still working on getting my water intake up. My trainer sent me my "before " picture, and hello, muffin top! I'm happy to see how much better I'm looking!

  • I'm not gaining or losing right now which is fine, I'm liking the way clothes are fitting and such. Trying to be more active, I have a really hard time dieting.

  • I haven't been doing very well as of late.  I'm maintaining where I am, but I still have 10 lbs to go to get to my happy weight.

    I'm also drinking wine and eating peanut butter cookies as I type this.
  • I have not been exercising much this week. I've felt sick every day and exercising even a little made it worse. I haven't been eating either so I bet when I weigh myself I'll be down a bit. I've lost 20 pounds now. 10 more to go to my goal. I wanted to get there by August, but that's ok. I've lost some and I feel healthier and stronger than I have in months.
