A couple days without a prenatal vitamin isn't the biggest issue in the world. If you plan on breastfeeding the suggestion would be to continue them. So, bring them if you want and if you forget them don't stress.
The hospital won't be providing you with any vitamins while you are there to deliver your baby.

This. I can't remember if I brought them to the hosptial when I had DS. Probably not. One or two days without your vitamin is not a big deal, but bring some if you want.
This is kind of on topic, but I was taking Rx blood pressure medicine at the time ( for pre-existing high blood pressure issues, not caused by pregnancy). The hospital insisted on me taking a pill they provided me for the blood pressure. But OTC medicines like Zyrtec and my prenatal, I just took my own stuff.
I guess I'm the odd ball- my hospital does provide them. I would bring them if you're worried about it but a couple days without isn't the end of the world.
My hospital doesn't provide them, but the nurses in L&D told me not to bring any medications unless prescribed by a dr. My vitamins are prescribed and so is my iron pill but they mean medication for bp, diabetes, etc. I guess the ones that you NEED. You will be okay for 2-3 days without your vitamins. You can call L&D or your ob and ask.
You're never supposed to take your own medications while in the hospital. You don't know how it may react with what meds they are prescribing you. Just make sure you bring an accurate list of your meds to give to your nurse. That is all you need.

As PP said, hospital will not provide them. If you plan to breastfeed, I would take them. No harm in a couple of days without them though.
