    I wouldn't be in board with that at 10-12. Though those girls appear a few years older. I probably wouldn't be thrilled if my 16-17 year old wore that stuff, but I wouldn't "forbid" it. But I also wouldn't purchase it for her.

    That's what makes me more mad. They say it's tween clothes but the girls appear to be teens not Tweens. I dread clothes battles during teenage years! I dressed pretty skanky but I wasn't skanky! My parents were pretty good at giving me my freedom to dress how I wanted however some outfits I waited to change into at another persons house! My mom said it was one of the hardest parts for her. I followed rules got decent grades and for the most part hung out with a good crowd so she said she was a little more relaxed with me and my clothing choices.

    MIL brought SD home in a "crop top" a couple weeks ago. She's 10. DH flipped the fuck out.

    Holy hell! I just looked at the collection. No way on God's green earth would I buy that for my kid especially at 10/12! What the crap is this, Pretty Woman in training??

    Yep! No way I would buy that for my kid. Even (or maybe especially?) as a teen. There are plenty of bikinis that dont show every imaginable inch of skin that can be shown and still considered somewhat decent.
