This is hilarious. I'm in the waiting room for my 13w check up and I can't stop laughing out loud. I'm getting some awkward stares.

Personal favorite is the lady who thought her child's temperature was 250 degrees because it matched the oven.

I have family that gives toddlers soda so that thought doesn't break my brain but I had to re- read those ones because they said infant.

My favorite was the foot growing back. I'm not sure how one learns to believe that humans regenerate. X-men?

How are people this stupid?!?!

I drives me crazy when young kids are given soda. My 4 year old never gets to drink soda. She has had it a few times at ILs (i know because she tattles on herself) but since it was sips of root beer i said nothing. My saw my little sister give my nephew sunkist in his sippy when he was under 18 months. Bet she didnt know sunkist has caffeine.

These are funny and sad and most likely real. I've definitely had the "emergency" nipple exam. (For doggies). I may be an ass but I think it's funny when people can't say anatomical terms as well. Thet get so flustered and embarrassed. When people say their dog is licking/red/has discharge "down there" I always ask, "where the rectum, vulva/penis?" And try to make them say it. Then for the rest of the appointment I try to say whatever it is as much as possible. Lol.

We'll at least this explains half the shit posted on 1st tri boards. Imagine the dr who had to answer the ... Im afraid to chew gum, oh no can i use listerine and the i accidentally got feta under my fingernail and ate it so i made my self hurl repeatedly questions.

Haha! We do this alllll the time. Especially to the ones who whisper "her privates" .

I can totally believe these are true. Especially if these different people lived very sheltered lives growing up. Alot of people are raised to never talk about sex so they have no idea what is normal. Its really sad.

Ya know? I can completely believe it because I had to have the birds and the bees talk with my friend when we were 16. And if I hadn't, I truly believe she would have been that girl who had absolutely no clue how she got pregnant.
