LO cutting back on daytime bottles?

Just wondering what others have experienced... LO is bottle fed pumped BM during the day and nurses in evening / overnight and in early morning. He historically has been a big feeder w/ bottles during the day, I would usually leave about 25 oz or more to make sure I was covered during my (often long) work day. In the past few weeks, DS seems to be cutting back on his daytime bottle feedings to about 10-15 oz. He is doing really well with pureed foods and eats a yogurt every day. My childcare provider says she sometimes offers him bottles and he doesn't seem too interested. He still takes bottles before naps.

DS definitely gets some good feedings at night / overnight, so I am fairly confident that he is getting adequate nutrition at almost 10 months.

I am thinking of starting to cut back on pumping at work, which would be a huge relief. I will continue to nurse on demand at home. I have a decent freezer stash to help out if I find that I am coming up short b/c he suddenly starts feeding more during day.

Any thoughts? When did your LO start dropping feedings?

Thanks Ladies. He's really seeming less interested during the day, but still feeding quite a bit at night. I have been reluctant to cut off nighttime feeding sessions, b/c of bonding, nutrition, etc. but on the other hand he is almost 10 months old and definitely has a nighttime feeding habit. I am thinking of starting to offer him a bottle w/ BM diluted w/ chamomile tea when he wakes for nighttime feedings (we often give him a few oz of chamomile tea before bed). I would like him to transition to getting his calories during the day.
