How do I tell my neighbors' boyfriend not to honk midnights!!! Baby sleeping !!!!

So, my neighborz teen daughter has a boyfriend now ....he drops her off at around 11:30 pm - 12:00 am. As that is not enough he HONKS and zooms off !! Itz been crazy for the last 2 weeks....my lil baby is just getting used to her routine "sleep the night throughs" and this guy is driving her nuts. She wakes up crying or fuzzing around. How and whom do I tell .. I don't interact much with my neighbors but my husband does. Is it the girls parents or the boy( I never met him) himself....who do I talk to?

If you don't interact with your neighbors much, maybe your husband should be the one to mention something. I'm guessing that unless they're the ones who asked the BF to honk when he drops their daughter off, they don't appreciate that noise either.

Maybe I just have a noisy house, but my DD sleeps through anything and has always been that way.

Try a white noise machine. PP is right, they're going to break up soon, it's not worth being the bitchy neighbor. If the family was constantly throwing wild parties or if the kids were yelling and screaming in the street every night, I'd say enough is enough and you should say something but honestly, a couple of beeps from a car horn isn't that bad.
