  It is so true. I had a friend give me the truth talk and the constant reminder that it will pass. And it does. The first 6ish weeks are hard. Really hard. You give and give and you are exhausted. Then, one day, you get that little smile or that look of recognition from your LO and your heart melts and you know you are doing something right. And it is one of the greatest feelings in the world!

  Wow thanks for sharing this. Definitely going to have DH read it too. As a FTM I'm starting to have anxiety of what is to come. I can't wait to meet her but also feel like I need more time....
