We just moved into our new house last week. It is a lot smaller, but with 3 bedrooms instead of 2 and cheap rent. Today is DH first day at his new work. While he was getting ready the bathtub faucet broke off because the pipe is rusted. The access panel to it is in the closet of the 3rd bedroom where we put everything we didn't know what to do with. There is only a teeny tiny walkway. Since I am pregnant we had to call my in laws to help clear a bigger pathway so the plumber can get through. It will still be about an hour and a half before they can even come. We at least can wash clothes now without the drain overflowing. That took them two visits to get fixed earlier this week. What will be next?

We've been in our new house a little over a year and we've had to replace half the toilets. Repair ac three times. Repair than replace the garage door. So I totally feel you. But you will love your new home very soon. Once you are out of boxes.
Congrats and I hope you get settled soon.
