I have given LO's babysitters's permission to save an already heated bottle if LO didn't finish it and refrigerate and use it for the next feeding. It's usually used within 2-3 hours and I Haven't had any issues so far. Today when picking up LO from daycare, they had just warmed a bottle that she started, probably had half an ounce, and didn't finish. When she saw me, of course she wanted to nurse at home and not finish the bottle. So I put bottle in the fridge. Well now instead of rewarming and using in 2-3 hours, it theoretically would be used tomorrow in about 12 hours (the next day at daycare). Is this okay? Does it make a difference that the breastmilk was pumped 3 days ago and not just yesterday? Should I err on the side of caution and dump it? I hate doing that, it's a whole 4 oz

. Thoughts?
