Do you think this works as a full name? If you think it is better as a nn what name would you use besides Lorenzo and Vincenzo. I like Vincenzo but I feel like my very southern family butcher it.
I know a baby who is just Enzo, and I saw it on the SSA list so he's not the only one. We plan on using Lorenzo if we ever have a son. Can't think of anything besides Lorenzo or Vincenzo. I wouldn't personally use Vincenzo if you are not of Italian heritage. Same goes for Lorenzo, but it is used in Spanish and Italian. Maybe I'm weird about it, but those names seem especially tied to specific languages/cultures.
It's a stand-alone name, as well as a nn. Enza is the female version. I like it. BTW every Vincenzo I've ever known is called 'Vinnie' rather than Enzo. I live in an area with many people of Italian heritage.

I prefer it as a NN for Lorenzo (and I LOVE it, BTW)
Enzo alone just makes me think of Ferraris, but that's not a bad association at all.
