I have a second interview tomorrow with a company that would allow me to work from home two days a week.
If you WFH what do you for childcare? Or do you handle it yourself while working? Any tips or thoughts?
Just curious if a cost savings in childcare is a factor here. Obv I'm assuming I'll get an offer but only because I have to play out every scenario in advance.
I hope to create a real siggy but first I need some sleep!

Re: If you work from home at all, come in!
I currently work at 2 part time jobs where I do put in varying hours per week from home. I do this solely to save on daycare, so I keep baby at home with me. However, I typically only need to put in 2-4 hours when I am at home, so I basically work for 8 hours, interrupted by baby feedings, etc. I would not be able to do it if I had to actually put in 8 solid hours of work. I also do some things after hours, which helps make up some of my time (and MH is home to keep the baby then).
That said, both of my jobs are super lenient. Both allowed me to work 100% from home through most of my pregnancy (from about 15w through 6w PP)

I think the nature of your work and how flexible your employer will determine how much help you would need with LO.
