Well today is the day! **Now with updates!!**

***Update***
 Our Consult went well! I liked the RE very much, he was straight and to the point but also a little funny which made him personable! My DH went in with me which I was so glad about, he even really liked the RE. Anyway our plan is as follows!!!

* Blood work to check liver functions (for metformin)
* Upping my Metformin to 1500 a day (1 day 2 night)
* If no period after day 35 then provera
* Switching to Femara instead of Clomid and now day 3-7 (2 pills instead of one 5mg/day)
* Going in on CD13ish for U/S 
* Ovidrel shot then TI 

This is his plan for up to 3 months then we will look into something more aggressive if no results. Thank you everyone so much for your luck and support! I love it!!! I am excited to finish out this fabulous and relaxing Natural cycle and get down to buisness with a good plan!



I have my first RE appt/Consult today! I am nervous and excited and everything in between. I just wish I could sleep! This cycle has really been very nice and relaxing. I cant wait to get the ball rolling though! After 3 failed (and unmonitored) Clomid cylcles I am glad to finally be in the land of progress and not the land of denial. Will take any thoughts/prayers/wishes/advice anyone has! *small victories dance*

Pcos Dx 7/13 Metformin 500mg x2 daily
4/14 Provera  10days  then Clomid 50mg CD5-9 (BFN)
5/14 Provera 10days then Clomid 50mg CD5-9  (BFN)
6/14 (no provera yay!) Clomid 50mg CD5-9  (BFN)
7/14 Natural Cycle Moving on to RE appt not til 7/31 (BFN)  
8/14 Plan of action! Moved up to 1500mg Metformin, Femara 3-7 (Trigger canceled due to not big enough follies and holiday weekend) (BFN)
9/14 7.5mg Femara CD3-7 +ovidrel  (BFN)
10/14 5mg Femara(3-7) Follistim 75 (7-9) +Ovidrel +TI (last treatment cycle this year Breaking til after Holidays) (BFP! Beta #1 114, Beta #2 364)

    Cycle 1: O CD 25=bfn
    Cycle 2: O CD 48=bfn
    Cycle 3: Anovulatory/Provera =120 days!
    Cycle 4: Anovulatory/Prometrium=127 days! RE consult 6/16
    Me: Anov/poss. pcos?  HSG=normal/SA= Normal 
    July/Aug. 2014= Femara+trigger+TI=BFP!!
    Beta #1@ 16dpo=626!! Beta #2=1510
    Ultrasound @ 5w6d=heartbeat at 110!
    Ultrasound @ 6w6d =heartbeat at 131!

    Began testing May 2014
    Test Results
    HSG- clear
    Hysteroscopy- clear
    SA- 11 mil count
    45% motility
    Diagnosis: MFI
    July 2014: Femera 5mg CD 4-8, Trigger, IUI = BFN
    August 2015: Femera 5mg CD 4-8, Trigger, IUI = BFN
    September 2015: Femera 5mg CD 4-8, Trigger, IUI = BFN
    May 2018 after long period of not trying, starting adoption process with family friend's newborn
    November 2018 Adoption complete!

    Testing Completed! HSG Clear, Ovarian Reserve score 17, Elevated Testosterone, everything else normal so far
     Clomid 150mg + HCG + IUI #1 May/June 2014 (BFN)
    Clomid 150 mg + HCG + IUI #2 July 2014 (BFN)
    Femara 2.5mg + Estrace + HCG + IUI #3 Cancelled d/t no response
    Moving on to IVF with ICSI after break to lose weight.

    Married 2010, together since 2006. TTC for #1 since March 2012, actively charting since November 2013
    March 2014 - HSG left tube blocked, right tube partially blocked bilaterial partial obstruction; onward to the RE in April
    May 1, 2014 - Lap surgery and chromopertubation; Dr removed a bit of endo, but everything looks healthy & tubes are clear!
    May 2014- First medicated cycle, 2.5mg femara+TI; BFN
    June 2014- 2.5mg femara + hCG + IUI     on 6/18= BFP on 6/28!; C/P on 7/3
    July 2014- 2.5mg femara + IUI #2 on 7/18. Starting progesterone 7/23, bfn
    August 2014- 2.5mg femara + hCG + IUI # 3 on 8/15. BFN
    Tx break
    IVF #1 -
    12/1 - TOT & SIS- RE found a polyp
    12/15 - Hysterscopic surgery to remove the polyp; additional polyps found and removed
    12/29- Good baseline u/s, 12 antral follies
    12/30- Started stimming
    1/10 - ER: 17 retrieved, 14 fertilized!

    Married September 2012. TTC since September 2013

    June 2014 - Dx w/ significant PCOS and referred to RE.

    July/August 2014 - Testing complete: Testosterone & AMH very high, FSH slightly high, Vitamin D low, tubes and lining all lovely. DH SA: A+

    Cycle 1 (Nov 2014): 2.5 mg Letrozole/Ovidrel/TI = BFN

    Cycle 2 (Dec 2014): 5 mg Letrozole/Ovidrel/TI - BFN

    Cycle 3 (Jan 2015): 5mg Letrozole/Ovidrel/TI - BFN

    WTF consult scheduled for 1/29
