Is there a website that rates states on SN services?

DH retires from the military soon and we are starting to look into where to live. Just wondering if this resource is out there.

Specifically looking for asd services and sn stuff for the schoolaged crowd since DS is only (almost) 3.

This group ranks states based on the amount and types of services provided, but I think it's based on adult services, not child-based.

Wow. I just checked the new 2013 data. New Jersey is in the bottom 10 states. I'm so glad we're leaving.
