  Start temping now. If your cycle ends up being really long it will let you know if you have ovulated. Good luck!

  Op I am on my 11th cycle after two shots of Depo. Until this cycle I was getting my period every other week and all cycles were anovulatory. Doctor said it takes year on average to regulate after Depo. After you have waited a year they recommend going to the doctor.
