From your post history I saw your post on the N14 board. How did things go with telling both his and your family? Seemed like that was a concern for you.

Telling his family was a whole lot easier than telling mine. His family, although disappointed were very accepting from the beginning. As for my family took some time to warm up to the fact. While warming up to the situation they sure rocked the boat and fired off some cannons while they were at it.
