Favorite diaper brand

Hey all. I am sure this has been discussed plenty in the past (maybe) but my search function is not working for the last 2 days I'm finally having to buy LO diapers and wondering which brand everyone has had the best luck with I held a beer/diaper party for DH and had been just using whatever we had and not really paying attention to brands. Thanks in advance!!!

Re: Favorite diaper brand

  • We use Pampers and love them. We've tried Babies R Us and liked them okay, but they fit kinda big/bunchy. Also tried Huggies and the Walgreens brand and liked them, but they both give H a rash.

swaddlers sensitive for us...i tried the target brand but they gave my LO a major diaper rash and the reek when there is pee in them.

  • We're Luvs fans here. But swaddlers are great too. They just cost a bit more.
  • We only buy huggies but that is because they are what SAMs sells in bulk.
    They work great for us.

  • It depends on what brand is on sale ;)  Actually we have used Up and Up, Kirkland and Pampers.  All three seem to do the job.

  • Pampers Swaddlers -- we cloth diaper, but have used sposies a few times and love these. Tried Target Up & Up brand, and had MAJOR leak issues.

  • Pampers are definitely my favorite.

  • Another vote for swaddlers, Huggies snugglers would be my second choice.
  • Naty by natural baby care are by far the best for us.

When we don't use cloth weI use Honest Co. I was a skeptic but Ive never had her leak through them.
I'm also a fan of less chemicals.

  • Honest co. We used huggies natural when we were on vaca and they worked ok but leaked once overnight. We use mostly cloth too but sposies at night and when traveling. Honest ones aren't too much more than other brands if you do the monthly bundle but at target or on amazon they're crazy expensive.

  • We use Pampers Swaddlers during the day and Pampers Baby Dry at night. I used Luvs as DS1's daytime diaper and I may switch to those soon.

  • Thanks for the advice ladies.... I guess it will still be a trial and error experiment, somewhat! At least I know what you all love
  • Honest Co everything here. No chemicals plus they're cute!

  • Honest Co here. I miss the days when we'd rip apart the beer and diaper party. :(
  • Love Honest Co!
  • Why can't cloth diaper people spell disposable?
  • I second @BoothBaby‌ on the leakage with up&up. Plus the tabs always ripped off for us.
  • I use pampers swaddlers during the day and baby dry at night (seem to hold more) and have no complaints. I had tried samples of huggies and LO blew out/peed out all of them.

  • I miss the Huggies pure & natural ones we used to use - they worked for awhile but then LO started reacting to them (she has eczema). I feel like they fit her better though. Now we use Pampers Sensitive, again because of the eczema.
  • Pampers baby dry or swaddlers. Huggies gave Lilly a rash.

  • LOVE Pampers Swaddlers! I use them with both of my girls. Never liked Luvs or Huggies... to cheap feeling and not great on their sensitive skin..

  • Thank god, now call them that instead of sposie.
  • Huggies snugglers and overnights. Or seventh generation if I have a good enough coupon.

Whatever's on sale :)  H's friends did a diaper party for him (tradition among his guy friends), and we were gifted a variety.  Luckily, LO's butt doesn't discriminate, so we've been able to use them all.  He had a blowout issue for a while, but LO's size/shape at the time seemed to be the problem, not the diapers.

If cost was no object, I'd say Swaddlers or Little Snugglers because I like the indicator line.  Right now, we have mostly Papmers Baby Dry and Huggies Snug & Dry because those are what I was able to get the best deal on.

Pampers Swaddlers, day and night. Tried several other brands, and she got diaper rash. Her bum has expensive taste in diapers.
  • We love Pampers swaddlers and baby dry.
