Trouble TTC

post-Ovidrel symptoms?

Hi Ladies! So, I did not experience any se's with Ovidrel, but I have noticed that about 5 days post trigger, my breasts have become extremely sensitive (nipples, specifically). I don't know if this would be my monthly norm if I actually ovulated regularly, if this is a residual effect of the trigger, or if perhaps this is an early pg symptom. Anyone else experience this after Ovidrel? I know each person's situation can be very unique and we all respond to meds differently. Of course I am mostly hoping that this month will be my bfp...I can test on 8/5.

  • Same here for the Ovidrel. It usually hit me at three days after I used it and lasted about 3 days.

  • I can guarantee you that there are no pregnancy symptoms occurring in your body at 5 days post trigger. Your (hopefully fertilized!) follie(s) are just making their way out of your fallopian tubes and have a few days of development before they can implant and impact your body. :)

Same here.  Exactly.  Trigger or not, every time ovulation is confirmed, I get extremely sensitive nipples around 7-9dpo.

It's so hard for me to tell the symptoms, I'm on so many meds I feel that it could be from any one of them. I usually just go with it :) For you it does just sound like O pains. But hey, at least you O'd! Yay!
  • Yep, mine absolutely killed 4  days after Ovidrel trigger. Lasted about 2 days, now they're much better. 2 ww sucks! FX and GL!
  • thanks everyone!  Such an emotional rollercoaster :(
