I bought some good, local Italian sausage and a bunch of fresh veggies and tomatoes. I will make some homemade pasta sauce with all that and then boil up some brown rice penne. If I am feeling really wild I might grate some cheese to sprinkle on top.

We did leftover tuna zucchini patties (sort of like a crabcake and a great way to use up all that summer zucchini) and caprese salad. Yum. Of course its 3 hours later and I'm hungry again....

I might need to look into this. We've been having zucchini bread every week (two loaves) to keep the zucchini at bay, but it's starting to pile up.
