I've already done this one, but I wanted to visit Foy and Bastogne Belgium to see historical sites of battle of the bulge. We went to Belgium on our honeymoon and ended up getting a personal tour from an expert in the area who has meet every single one of the 101st (think band of brothers) that has returned to the site. Something I'm never going to forget!

I've always wanted to go to South Africa and go on a wildlife safari. Sleep at this one camp where the animals roam free and all that separates your "camp" from them is a chain link fence. They have a nursery there for the abandoned baby animals and I just want to hold n cuddle a baby tiger/lion/elephant anything!!! (Yes I know they are wild animals)

Gosh it's hard to narrow it down to one. I think number #1 would be go to Brazil and see the Christ the Redeemer statue. Ever since I saw it in Romeo and Juliet it has just grabbed me (and I am not even religious). Oh and I would make sure to go during Mardi Gras.
