Baby acne back at 3 months?

Just curious if this is happening with anyone else. Baby girl has been clear for weeks and then yesterday she had a few bumps and this morning its all over her face but not her body. I can't seem to find anything on dr. Google.

    My LO has this, too. He's 14 weeks. I was also curious why it comes back, but not curious enough to put any effort into finding out.

    Same. Mine is 15 weeks. Didn't come back quite as bad as before though.
