One year old and WCM

My LO will be one in 3 weeks at which point I plan to start weaning him off nursing. Should I wait until he's one to give him WCM mixed with breast milk or can I start now so that he can start getting used to the taste?

    He wants me to only give breast milk or formula before one year but since its so close I was hoping it would be ok to use WCM. I'm not pumping enough anymore and I don't want to spend my nights tied to the pump so I decided to supplement. Unfortunately, he doesn't seem to like the formula too much.

    I need a total of 9 or 10 oz and I'm only getting 6-7. Just to be on the safe side, I'll keep giving him formula. Based on what you have all said, that's probably best. Thank you!
