  The hep v story line was never in the books. They completely deviated from the books after season 4 (which was only loosely based on the witch theme, but not much else was similar).
  
  I wish they stuck with the book story long enough to introduce Quinn...

  @stephross88‌ - I agree about the fae blood and hep v.
  
  I appreciate the irony of it all coming full circle to Sarah Newlin, from the earlier seasons, too, not just the hep v part, but I don't like it overall... I dont think she's a great enough or central enough character to hold everyone's salvation.

  I wish there was a Quinn! I didn't watch this yet, but in the books Tara was never a vamp. She owns a clothing store, gets married snd had twins. Sarah isn't that relevant if a character. the fellowship of the sun is though. There was never a vampire authority, or hep v, or Lilith. Alcide doesn't die and some characters in the show died in the first book. So yeah, like a pp said, shoe very much deviated from the books. Sadly because the show would be better if they stick to the books more.

  how ironic that sookie will be the one to kill bill. I don't think he has a chance since it's spreading so fast.

  Read the books! You'll fall in love with the series all over again.. until the last like 4 books because they're just... ugh. 

  Oh! another big difference, there's no Jessica at all in the series.

  Watched it last night. Ugh, still kind of boring. I agree, violet is a twat, faery blood I think is spreading the hep v faster, and damn Sarah Newlin.
  
  Ps. when I look in the mirror I see the veins by my neck that go down to my boobs very clearly and I told dh I look like I have hep v. He laughed at me. Jerk.
