Rash on babies face? Pic *

I noticed it this morning.. What could it be from and how can I make it go away?

    Looks like common baby rash that goes away on it's own. However, I am not an MD so you should probably direct this question to a medical professional.

    I would say baby acne but I don't see any bumps in the pic.  All three of my kids had  baby acne and it always starts out really red and in the same spots as your baby.  There are bumps though that look like pimples and it took them a couple weeks to go away.  I would call the doctor just to make sure they don't want to see her.
