Hesitant intro. Gonna be long *update*

Hello. My name is Megan. I'm hesitant to post here because I am not sure I will be able to stay long. I will start with why I feel this way then give some background information. 

So I have been feeling sick for 2-3 weeks. Fatigued, dizzy, occasional nausea, tummy troubles. At first I thought maybe I was pregnant then What I believed to be AF came. It was heavy for a few days, light for about 4 days and I've had spotting since then. I went to the general doc they took a lot of blood and stool samples. (there is listeria around here from contaminated fruit) All came back normal. However, after insistence from hubby, this past Friday I peed on a stick. It was positive. I was in total shock. I'm on my period... aren't I?  I immediately stopped posting on TTCAL because I was unsure. I saw my OBGYN today. They got a positive urine test and took blood to measure the levels. I have to do that again Wednesday. They did a vaginal ultrasound but saw no sac. (It may still be too early though)  So I guess... for today... I'm pregnant. But I'm not sure. =-/ 

Background info:
We started trying to conceive in May 2012. Since I never had periods, I knew it was a long shot without medical intervention. Eventually I went to the OBGYN I was seeing and she ran a lot of tests and had me do an HSG. (The most painful experience of my life. I almost blacked out.) They said the right was good the left had fill but no spill but they didn't think it was blocked. I was sent to a fertility RE. (By now it is Jan 2013.) He told me I had to lose weight before he would give any fertility medication. I started a healthy diet and exercise. I lost 53 pounds by September. In may he put me on Metformin ER for PCOS. Oct 21 2013 I got a positive test. (without fertility drugs.) We were over the moon. We saw the heartbeat at 6 weeks and 8 weeks. But on Dec 9 2013, which should have been almost 12 weeks, we learned it had stopped growing at 8 weeks. I had a missed miscarriage. They gave me cytotec to pass everything which was a horrifying experience. I spent the next 2-3 months on the bump miscarriage/loss board. Until I felt ready again. I started to post and talk with the ladies on TTCAL at that point. (around March 2014 I think) However in February 2014 I had been diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. I was put on steroids and medication for that. I was told I could not TTC until it was in full remission. I got clearance for that July 1 2014. I started charting with guidance from the wonderful TTCAL ladies and all their love and support. I hope I was supportive to them as well. I have not said anything over there because I don't feel like I've been there long enough to do so and also I'm still... I'm still not sure I won't be back there soon.  I'm hesitant to even post here because I'm just so unsure and nervous and scared out of my mind.  I mean I know there is such thing as implantation bleeding but from what I read it only lasts a few days? My bleeding started the 17th-22nd and I've been spotting from the 23rd to now. So... I just don't know. Guess I'll wait to see what the blood says.  I've been feeling lost without the support of my wonderful TTCAL ladies so I decided to suck it up and post over here. (because I know it is not appropriate to post this there.)    

Any TTCAL lurkers, I'm sorry if you were missing/worried about me... and I just don't feel right about saying anything about this over there...I love you ladies and wish you all well... but kinda hope I don't have to come back. Though I miss you.

EDIT: Update on Tues July 29th... Okay the lady called and said my HCG blood levels are 290. I am to come in tomorrow for another blood draw to see if it is doubling like it should..  Thanks everyone for your amazing support!

    It sounds like it has been a really rough journey, and it is so hard to be in limbo. I hope you get some good signs from your betas. Hugs!!

    Thank you so much Ladies. Still feeling a little scared but at least now I'm not feeling completely alone. (Well besides hubby)  

    I'm still learning how I will be active on this board, I have very little to no experience with many of the things that go on on this side of the bfp... so I'm reading posts but don't always know how to respond.  ::hugs:: and :love:: to all.
