  • i tried that matter in fact i think she a hit a nerve and we i thought i was having contractions.
  • Yep. He pushes a foot/knee/elbow out or drags it across and it hurts. I tend to have to keep my hand there and kind of push against

  • Mine gets so feisty in there people stop and ask me if I'm going into labor b/c of the face I'm making and the flush in my cheeks! He's really rowdy sometimes...must get that from DH!
  • I felt like the worst pregnant woman ever for not finding her movements to be terribly comfortable! I thought maybe it was just me. She likes to get her head down into my right hip and push against it, and she has just gotten those tiny dagger feet under my ribs for some good kicking. Sometimes when she rolls her entire body I have to stop what I'm doing because it is so uncomfortable. I am a short and small framed person, so I chalk it up a little bit to there not being a whole lot of room in there.
  • The thing that gets me is when I'm caught off guard. I'll be standing at work in front of a client and WHAM she kicks or gives me a jab and I double over. The person looks at me like "need a ride to the ER"?
  • Not often (yet). One time she hit me in the ribs. That hurt and burned like a mofo. But that has only happened once so far. She usually kicks to the side and down low, which doesn't hurt. Her rolling can be uncomfortable and feel like a cramp.
  • my baby girl doesn't like ultra sounds she moves too much during them and cant get a good reading lol or people touching for other people she will move only a little and she moves too much when im just laying down and when theres a loud noise lol shes justfunny that way I guess.

  • mine also gets her head into my hip
  • I have a short torso.. I have decided this child is just seeing how much she can scramble my insides before she escapes. Honestly, the first few movements were cool, but now I honestly think pregnant women who *love* the way it feels when baby moves are all liars. I hate this.

    (I also do understand though that this can be a comforting thing to people who have experienced devastating losses so I would never judge a woman for being thankful for their ability to feel movement..)

  • Mine lives jamming against my ribs and shoving down into my crotch.. Hard... Yeah.. Feels great
  • Mine dont hurt but It can be very uncomfortable! She'll push against me hard sometimes where that ligament isand that hurts somewhat! But I love to watch my belly! I saw her butt up aagainst me one night like she was mooning me lol
  • Yep. When my little guy gets a good kick at my ribs or hips, it definitely doesn't feel good.
  • I cannot stand it when my little one rolls over. It makes me sick to my stomach and I have to do everything I can to avoid throwing up wherever I am at. :-(

  • I love it when my baby moves. She's very dainty in there; slow and soft pushes really, nothing very sudden or sharp. But I'm only 33 weeks, so maybe the hard kicks and jabs are just around the corner and I won't be loving it so much anymore lol.

    My LO... wowa!! Every time he moves it feel like he's punching, shoving, squishing my insides all..day..long!!! Or, because he's in a head down position, he make me feel either I have to pee on the spot or his cute little hands and fingers are about to scoop up all of mommy's girly parts!!! 36 weeks 4 days and counting! Lol! :-D
  • Yes! Mine moves around a lot and it's either surprising or painful at times... A few days ago she was pushing really hard on one side and I put my hand there to kind of push back so she would be in the middle, and she kicked my hand a bunch of times really hard! I was so surprised! It was painful, but I laughed because I couldn't believe she would be so stubborn!
    ~~~My baby girl is due November 4th, 2014~~~
  • Oh yes...I am 37 + 2 weeks and she has been head down for awhile. Her head now pinches a nerve near the left side of my pelvic bone which causes sharp pains in my left thigh. It is hard to do anything that involves standing....
