Is it labor?

I'm 37 weeks and one day (appointment last week showed me a centimeter dialated). I was sleeping tonight woke up with really bad lower back pain, what feels like menstrual cramps, and pressure in my pelvis. I'm now having some contractions. They don't seem to be that regular. I also have the urge to pee ever ten mins. This is my second but I with my first my water broke but I had to be give two rounds of cervidill and pitocin because I wasn't contracting or dialating. So I'm not sure what is going on.
