I started back to WW a few weeks ago to try to get going on this weight loss thing (pregnancy plus oh so much more). For obvious reasons, if you are nursing, they have you eat more - if you track points, they give you more, you get the idea.
But here's the thing. I nurse, but my supply stinks. I nurse and pump and supplement and all of that. Is my body doing as much as someone who is producing more milk? I feel like I shouldn't eat as much as someone who produces more, but I have no idea if I'm right or not.
I'd be surprised if anyone has had experience with my particular conundrum, but I'd love thoughts if you have them. And if I'm not making any sense, let me know and I can try to explain my weird question/problem.
To give you context - someone at my weight would normally get 38 points plus, and they say to add 14 points if you are nursing. I'm only adding 7 since I think my body sucks.

I'm not new. I just hate The Bump.
BFP#2: EDD 2/11/14, MMC confirmed 7/15/13 (growth stopped at 6 weeks), D&C @ 12 weeks 7/25/13

For comparison, S gets between 10-15 oz of formula a day.
Did they give you numbers for supplementing? Was it 7?
