UPDATED Pressure/lump in vagina?(TMI)

First and foremost I called my Dr. and because theres no bleeding or fluid leakage he told me to call their office tomorrow and schedule an appointment for the same day. So I guess he's not too worried.

Anyways, for the last week I've been feeling pressure when I go to the bathroom and towards the end of my pee it begins to hurt, but only for a little until I stand up. Today I decided I would feel around my vagina to see if I could feel anything and sure enough there seems to be something either swollen like a vein because its long and runs up the top of my vaginal wall or some kind of growth? Idk but it freaked me out. Now that me and my husband have felt it I've been feeling kicks really low where my pubic bone is instead of feeling them below my belly button like I normally do. I only have to wait until tomorrow morning but I figured I come on here and see if anybody has experienced something similar.

Labial varicose veins are common in pregnancy. They are not dangerous and more uncomfortable than anything thing. Defiantly see your Doc tomorrow.

Thank you! I read about varicose veins and figured that's probably what it is but feeling the baby so low kinda scared me since I've never felt it so low before.

Sounds like varicose veins...I have them down there and it's not fun. Sitting on the toilet is the worst, especially for bowel mvmnt's because even a tiny bit of "pushing" makes it feel 1000 times worse! Not painful per se, just tons of uncomfortable pressure! Ugh.

This makes me feel a little bit better. Well not better, but it eases my mind. That is exactly how I am feeling. I can't push when going number 2 but I can't sit on the toilet that long or its extremely uncomfortable. Thanks so much ladies!

I'm with PPs, sounds like a varicose vein. I got my first labial varicose vein during my 3rd pregnancy, this being my 5th it popped up early

My only advice is to make trips to the bathroom quick and frequent, and eat lots of fiber (and drink water to flush it out!) so that those trips are as quick as possible.

So my doctor didn't check me or anything he just listened for the baby's heartbeat. He seemed to be in a rush and I guess I wasn't explaining myself very well cause he kept insisting that it's hemorrhoids, but I can't find anything online about hemorrhoids INSIDE the vagina. I know they can be around it externally, but anyways the Dr. didn't seem concerned at all but I'm guessing it's just a varicose vein.

Yeah he seemed confused as to why I was there. I called the on call Dr. last night after I felt the swelling cause it freaked me out and he said he didn't know what was wrong without checking me out and advised me to make an appointment so I did and he just listened for the heartbeat. I thought it was weird but what do I know. He didn't ask me any questions for clarification or anything, but whatever I'm chalking it up to varicose veins.

I was annoyed that he didn't check me since the on call Dr. thought I should be checked out but he seemed so sure. I thought I was wrong about hemorrhoids only being anal related.
